What we need to produce as a group is the following:
- A 5 - 10 minute documentary on the making of our video including a title sequence and end credits.
- A DVD commentary, involving all crew members and some of the band and tell the audience what happened during production.
- A photo gallery containing behind the scenes photo's taken on location and all posters and promotional material.
As specified by out teacher not one member can fulfil the same position in the production of the V.A.M as the music video. With this knowledge it was down to Zoe and I to decide the roles. Plus both Director and Producer of the music video could not be Producer of the V.A.M. In this case the roles were distributed as follows:
- Chelsea, Producer
- Molly, Director
- Zoe, Designer
- Max, Technical.
Although these must be confirmed before any work is committed.
Towards the end of the week Chelsea had returned to school and personally contacted Ian to find some details about the project but came to no avail. On Friday of that week Chelsea and myself visited Mr Shepperd, our teacher, to express our concerns about the impending failure of the project. We were told to go with what we had and to make it final.
